Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our support team with your order number.

  Wait for Approval

  Our support specialists will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your item in its original box with all accessories included, attach the provided label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
